As a trained clinical social worker and artist, I utilize a variety of tools in my practice. Cognitive, Developmental and Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement and Creative Expression through journaling and art. In our work together, I assist in normalizing some situations and provide a new lens to examine old behaviors that no longer serve you.
In our sessions, we will be riding the waves of life together, sometimes painful, sometimes joyful, often bittersweet.
